  • Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure

Welcome! This document explains how to report copyright infringement on desimmsclub. We take intellectual property rights seriously and act in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and relevant laws. We may respond to infringement claims by removing, blocking, or disabling access to the content, terminating user accounts, or a combination of these actions.

    Filing a Copyright Infringement Notification:

    Before proceeding, please note:

    - Only the copyright owner or an authorized agent can submit a claim.
    - Claims must be in English.
    - Making false claims is a violation of our terms of service and may result in account suspension or legal action.

If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice (Copyright Infringement Notice) containing the following:

01 Identification of the copyrighted work: Clearly describe the work you believe has been infringed.
02 Identification of the infringing material: Provide detailed information to locate the material, including specific URLs of videos (if applicable).
03 Contact information: Provide your full name, email address, and physical or electronic signature.
04 Statement of good faith: Declare that you believe in good faith the use of the material is unauthorized.

Submit your notice using Desimmsclub Telegram Bot with above information. Make sure to add title as DMCA

Important: Do not send other inquiries. Failure to comply with DMCA requirements may render your notice ineffective.

Knowingly misrepresenting material as infringing can result in liability under the DMCA. The copyright owner's name will remain confidential during the initial review, and your description of the work may be published in place of disabled content.

Repeat offenders may face account termination and legal action.
We aim to respond to DMCA notices within 10 business days.

Note: During the DMCA process, we will take necessary action to notify the user who posted the specific content identified in the infringement notice, and we will take prompt measures to address the infringement claim.
